Lumic AS is an innovative and forward-thinking company that has been developing, producing, and delivering vaccination equipment to the aquaculture industry since 1991 – both nationally and internationally.
Vaccination on the Fish’s Terms
Since 1990, Lumic AS has been supplying vaccination machines to the aquaculture industry. Today, Lumic offers a full range of manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated vaccination systems.
We have recently developed a fully automated vaccination machine tailored for modern and intensive aquaculture environments, as well as an innovative anesthesia system that minimizes handling, crowding, and stress for the fish during the sedation process. Our products and our focus aim to enhance efficiency and animal welfare, contributing to improved care during critical operations in the juvenile phase of fish farming.
We work closely with the aquaculture industry and are committed to being a competent, thorough, focused, and innovative partner for an industry that is constantly evolving, both in Norway and internationally. Our main goal is to support gentle and effective vaccination—on the fish’s terms.
We are based in Ågotnes, just outside Bergen, and operate from our own workshop, where we produce and distribute high-quality products both domestically and abroad.
