Designed for high-throughput and precision, the V4 Fully Automatic Vaccination Machine can handle up to 20,000 fish per hour, covering sizes from 40 to 400 grams. With camera-based sorting into three size categories after vaccination, it ensures accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
It supports both intraperitoneal and intramuscular injections, and delivers up to five vaccines simultaneously in a single operation. The injection point is automatically adjusted according to the length of each fish, and dosage can be set between 0.02ml and 0.1 ml. A robust, efficient solution for modern smolt vaccination.
